To me, servant leadership is really rooted on developing and maintaining strong partnerships across the board. This extends beyond the team I serve to the broader DISQO team and client base - how can I best support them and their goals? What does success look like together? How can I adjust my own approach to be the most effective in this relationship?
Taking a moment to really understand what makes people tick helps me better navigate challenges when they arise. Then, more importantly, we get to celebrate wins together.
I was over the moon to see us get DISQO's CX Platform over the line and launched in Q3. While it's only the beginning, it was a moment in time that I believe will change the trajectory of our Lift experience. I'm excited to see what's in store for our clients in the future and I'm extremely proud of the progress the collective teams have made together.
I'm not sure there is anything more unexpected than changing companies and industries when you're seven months pregnant, but here we are! I started my DISQO journey about 7 weeks before I was due with my son, but I'm so glad I took a leap of faith and made the jump.
I have the opportunity to work with some of the best and brightest people in this field! I have learned so much over the past year and I feel very lucky to work alongside a team that wants to grow and challenge each other daily.
More than likely I'm chasing two tiny humans! I also enjoy walking with my golden retriever, spending time on my Peloton, or dreaming up my next travel destination with my husband and family.
