Introducing Team Member of the Month: Armand Keleshian

Armand helps DISQO clients go beyond by creating data solutions that are elegant, efficient, and built to inspire trust. Every client story starts with data, and that data comes from systems and processes he's developed. For anyone to trust the insights, they need to trust the data first. There’s no magic or trickery with Armand—just pure, systemic harmony working behind the scenes to deliver results you can count on.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is that building information architecture feels like solving a giant, intricate puzzle. It’s about figuring out how different data systems from multiple domains connect, and that requires you to think on both a macro and micro level simultaneously. When everything clicks, it feels like magic! I love creating solutions that people can fully rely on and that bring incredible value to the business.
What does your ideal Saturday look like?
It depends on how rough the Friday night landing was! Ideally, I can wake up, get a coffee and a workout in, eat something delicious, spend time with my friends and loved ones, have a drink, and have a laugh.
What’s one of your favorite or proudest DISQO moments?
One of my favorite DISQO moments has to be building the ad measurement MVP. It took a ton of hard work, late nights, and determination, especially in those early days when we didn’t know exactly where it would take us. But it ended up shaping DISQO’s future, laying the foundation for our Lift business. That project earned me my first Employee of the Month award! Now, here I am receiving it a second time for developing the next generation of the same product. I’d say that’s something DISQO is pretty proud of too. I’m also incredibly proud of building and hiring for the Analytics team. It’s been a tough challenge, but they’re one of the hardest-working teams here.
What was the last TV show you binge-watched?
This is definitely going to be out of left field, but I recently watched every episode of the UK edition of Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares on Youtube. I can listen to Gordon throw fit after fit all day and never get sick of it.
What’s something most people don’t know about your role?
Believe it or not, my role requires a ton of creativity. Building data products is like venturing deep into the unknown— further than most are willing to go. When I return from these "expeditions," I bring back stories of the strange and wonderful (and sometimes terrifying) things I’ve discovered, along with strategies to tackle them. It’s all about knowing where to draw the line between what will create real value and what’s just a distraction. Often, you need to be a bit of a visionary, which can mean sounding a little wild at times—but confidence is key! And, of course, anyone who works closely with me knows there will be plenty of hand gestures and colorful metaphors along the way.
Tell us one fun fact about yourself!
I’m obsessed with Asian dumplings and noodles—I could eat them every day and never get tired! If I ever move away from LA, it’s a must that I live near an Asian community so I can always get my fix.
