Introducing Team Member of the Month: Miriam Mayne

Meet the people behind the success of DISQO's experience platform

As a technical project manager on DISQO's Customer Success team, Miriam interacts with clients every day. A big part of going beyond for her comes from anticipating customer wants and needs before even they know what they're looking for. Usually, they're thankful that we foresaw their need!

What do you love most about your job?

I love working on ad measurement campaigns for our clients from start to finish. It's insightful to see how individual media buys lead to Brand and Outcomes Lift, and it's cool to learn what works best (although no two campaigns are the same). 

What does your ideal Saturday look like?

My ideal Saturday is waking up early for a hike or barre class, grabbing a matcha and a (somewhat) healthy lunch afterward, meeting up with friends for dinner and dessert, and finishing the night off reading a good book.

What was the last TV show you binge-watched?

I can't remember if it was House or The Bear. I loved both!

What’s something most people don’t know about your role?

We have to find a balance between explaining technical terms in a way that anyone can understand, and ensuring that the meaning is not lost in translation. 

Tell us one fun fact about yourself!

When I try a new restaurant and really like an item I order, I try my best to replicate it at home. Sometimes, there are already copycat recipes online, and sometimes, it takes a bit of creativity.
