Introducing Team Member of the Month: Franchesca Deguzman

What do you love most about your job?

I truly love being an Executive Assistant because I live for organization and relationships. I enjoy supporting executives and making their lives easier, so they can focus on achieving goals for the business. I consistently grow and learn, which is very fulfilling for me.

What does your ideal Saturday look like?

I typically wake up after a solid night's sleep, work out, play with the latest cleaning gadget I bought on Amazon, and then eat at a restaurant that was tough to get a reservation for.

What’s one of your favorite or proudest DISQO moments?

Anytime someone leaves DISQO, no matter how hard the situation, they always have the kindest, most genuinely appreciative things to say about the people and culture. I've never been so proud to work for an organization.

What was the last TV show you binged?

I'm constantly watching Modern Family. It's so funny to me and I never get tired of it.

What’s something most people don’t know about your role?

I'm on three teams at DISQO! Legal, People Ops and Customer Success.

How do you help DISQO clients Go Beyond?

Since I send all of the contracts for DISQO clients, I initiate the launch of Go Beyond! It's exciting to see deals close and get new logos for the business.

Tell us one fun fact about yourself!

My favorite video game is Tetris, which I now utilize in my career when managing calendars.
