As Senior Manager of Customer Success, Jackie serves as a trusted advisor to DISQO clients. She ensures that we deliver an excellent experience with our platform through thoughtful, strategic, and people-centric support.
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with such a great group of people to help ensure the best customer experience for the DISQO customer base. I feel lucky to be surrounded by awesome people and fantastic customers.
What does your ideal Saturday look like?
After waking up snuggling with my cats in the morning, I would take my dog on a hike, go out paddle boarding, or do something outside. Then, I would likely end up on a patio eating a delicious brunch with friends or family!
What’s one of your favorite or proudest DISQO moments?
Partnering with a customer to find a mutually beneficial way to build out their renewal. When our customers have wins, DISQO also wins!
What was the last TV show you binge-watched?
Schitt's Creek is almost always in rotation for me!
What’s something most people don’t know about your role?
The Customer Success Managers team serves as a trusted advisor to our clients and helps them see all of the value they receive from DISQO.
Tell us one fun fact about yourself!
I worked as a professional mermaid for 11 years. I would perform shows about recycling and ocean conservation in a tank with fish, sharks, eels, sting rays, and green sea turtles!
